We make all kinds of pies and tarts, using as much seasonal fruit as possible. We make small tarts and mini-pies for two people to share (or one person to enjoy) as well as regular size pies and large tarts.
Our pie and tart crusts are flaky and are made without shortening (that is, only with butter). Our puff pastry is homemade and is made only with butter as well. Our fruits and vegetables come from Maine whenever possible, and as close to Portland as possible.
