Bundt Cakes are pound cake-style cakes, baked in a pretty mold, sturdy, tasty, and very versatile. A Bundt cake on a nice plate can be anything from a special breakfast or brunch to a fancy dessert (especially if served with fruit and whipped cream). Slices make excellent lunchbox or office snacks. Don’t let their size deceive you; a regular Bundt cake, being butter-based and sturdy, can easily slice into 12 – 16 pieces to feed a crowd.
